12,4mm x 2,4mm measured with a digital caliper, so 12,5mm x 2,5mm could be nominal size.

I asked captian O-ring to send me the correct size not knowing what it was and the ones he sent were slightly too large. So the consequence is that they also tend to fall out. I still have to check to make sure the O-ring is there and often it's at the bottom of the bucket I keep the fill hose in.
