air arms 30th anniversery limited edition verses daysate pictures

here is my air arms 30th anniversery limited edition .22 its running at 40 foot pounds on high power and at 12 foot pounds on low power with baracuda 21.1 grain pellets.

what do you think guys. would you but this over a daystate limited edition?? what would you prefurr and why?

I too have a S510 i mostly shoot it 50 yards and less but can stack pellet on pellet at a power setting of 3 using 16 or 13.43 JSB. Love it for back yard shooting. I'm sure i could stretch the legs and do 75-80 yard stuff with it, but i reserve that job for the Cricket. (Can't see you picture though).

AA makes a 30th in a carbine 510 which is really awesome but the price of one of these 30th are very high

I have two Daystates and like them very much (Regal XL and Wolverine B). I have an AAs410 and like it as well. My answer to your question here is simply...yes. This is a very nice looking rifle and I'm sure quite accurate.

Your Air Arms is a beautiful rifle - no question on that !!!

I don't know how the AA & Daystate prices compare but can say that AA Special would be my choice.

(Just thinking...I have never heard anyone complain about an AA magazine - that's on both sides of the Atlantic and over a period of 15 odd years !!).

i already have a daystate airwolf, .177. at 50 yards it does 12 mm ctc groups

I love the looks of that limited aa but if after you spend $1900 (which they cost) i would be very disappointed that it isnt regulated. i Have a aa 400 and its great but to make me fall in love i want it regulated.

It would depend on what I was going to do with it. If you wanted to shoot field target and hunt, that AA looks to be able to do both. I don't believe a 40 ft/lb Daystate can drop down below 18 or 12 fpe. I know my Airwolf MCT can't.

Are any of these rifles regulated? I think most if not all are unregulated. I don't understand why the two biggest names in pcp's still make unregulated rifles. Air arms and Daystate make beautiful rifles, but I will never buy an unregulated pcp. I hope they start in the future.

If your in the uk BAR have one secondhand they have been trying to sell it for 2 years or so I did have a little play with it when I picked up my platinum it's a nice rifle but wouldn't swap it for any of my limited editions.
