air arms 30th anniversery limited edition verses daysate pictures

"sharroff"It would depend on what I was going to do with it. If you wanted to shoot field target and hunt, that AA looks to be able to do both. I don't believe a 40 ft/lb Daystate can drop down below 18 or 12 fpe. I know my Airwolf MCT can't.
yes i can do feild target with this gun, it will go below 12 foot pounds as well it will go over 40 foot pounds at the turn of a dial.
i go 12o shots on low power, and when set to 28.5 foot pounds i get 45 shots..

there is no moderen daystate that can do that at the turn of a dial

"bowwild"Can one still buy these?
If your in the uk BAR have one secondhand they have been trying to sell it for 2 years or so I did have a little play with it when I picked up my platinum it's a nice rifle but wouldn't swap it for any of my limited editions. Here's a link http://www.airgunbuyer.com/Showproducts.asp?cat=Secondhand&SubCat=Secondhand%20Rifles
yes but that gun is only a 12fp verson and the ones in the uk were sold with the smaller air tube. way lower shot count than the one i have.

I also own the Air Arms S510 30th Anniversary Model. It is a beautiful rifle which is exactly why I bought it. It is a pleasure to shoot; however, it is not nearly as accurate as my Daystate AirWolf MCT (also in .22 cal.). The S510 is all the accuracy you will ever need in a hunting rifle but as a competitive target shooter the AirWolf wins hands down. I will never get rid of either one.

That is a beautiful gun! You should be thrilled to own it. Personally, I'd rather own a Daystate for 2 reasons: 1. Aesthetically, I find the Huntsman (assuming that's what you are comparing it to) to be the more elegant rifle and I prefer the Forester stock. 2. I prefer the Daystate magazine. But in the end, this is like choosing between a Ferrari and a Lambo. You'd take either one if you could.

"aa_limited"day state keep popping out limited editions but air arms only ever did one and this is it.

This is not the only Limited Edition Air Arms here's some I can think im pretty sure there is a couple more too.

Air Arms EV2 Special Edition Air Rifle
Air Arms S410 Limited Edition laminate

i am not comparing is to a huntsman.

the advantage over the huntsman thou is my 30th has the ability to go from 10 foot pounds with light pellets all the way up to 42 foot pounds with heavy pellets .. all with the turn of the power adjuster.
can be a paper puncer all the way up to takeing game up to the size of a coyotie
