Sure should be able to. Just run it at the lowest recommended reg setting and then crank in the transfer port screw.

Interesting question. The S200s have a transfer port adjusting screw that's on the right side. Adjusting hammer spring tension is a bit more difficult as often there is no way to turn the adjustment unless you grind a slot into the adjusting nut. Try doing a Google search using 'Air Arms S200 power adjustment' and you will find some info.

Here is the post I did when I had my "16Joule" version (no regulator) and it was shooting 5.5fpe, which if my math is correct is just about 7.5 joules
