Airforce Air Force Airguns the best for me

I had a Condor SS, shot the hell out of that thing, sold it years later. I had a .45 Texan, that one was a beast, sold it as I really had no need for anything that powerful, kinda regret it now. Had a TalonP, set up nice with Maddog stock, sold it and instantly regretted it, so much that a couple years later I bought another when on sale and made a few mods to it. Going to hang on to this one.

This makes me wonder why Air Force doesn't offer units with custom stocks? That looks to be a mighty fine unit!

The talon ss was my first AF gun and it still shoots very well after many years. I had a condor ss and sold it to a friend. My Texan ss in .457 did a great job on a south Texas javelina. My recent purchase is a talon p. I’ve had it for just over a month. It shoots really good but yesterday it started to get hard to cock and then it wouldn’t cock at all. Any ideas on what might be the problem. I’ve got an email into Airforce and am waiting on a response.

its the stupid auto safety. Don’t void your warranty send it in. Had the same thing on my old Condor

Thanks for the advice. From day one I couldn’t seem to be able to decok the gun and figured it was something with the safety.
Yeah they can’t be de cocked. I have owned a few AF and none can be de cocked
Interesting .. you'd think they'd address that early on . I got 2 guns that don't decock and I don't like it for maintenance or safety reasons .

My buddy is looking at one of the SS models and he is confused which one comes with the ring lock valve. I've never owned one so I don't know I told him I would ask. From what I see online it looks like the Talon SS does not have it but the escape or Condor does. He's wanting a 22 or 25 for hunting but he's wanting the bigger tank for more shots but he don't want a real long gun since it will be in his truck. He will be using it for squirrels, rabbits, coons mostly

Thanks
Jon
