Nothing but praise for AGA! Bought an FX Impact in Oct 17, service was top notch. Tech support was extremely helpful after I had an issue in Jan 18. And again when the same issue happened in July 18. Due to the terrible service of FX N. Carolina repair center, my warranty ran out without any acknowledgement over a 4 month period of trying to contact them. I wrote about this back in July jokingly saying that FX would probably let me wait until the warranty ran out! The joke was on me, because they did.
