W.W. Graingers are a nationwide company. They mostly cater to businesses and their prices are generally MSRP or higher. You can usually shop around at different online sites and beat those prices. ie...that Wilkerson filter can be had on EBay for under $100 with free shipping.

Ya check Zoro.com http://www.zoro.com/ Thats where I got my Wilkerson filter and misc. parts. Best price I could find on the web. Grainger is a rip off.

Never had issues, I just called for new Blue bead filters, they will last years. Ones in there now been in there for over 2 years or so.
