The ISI reads "4500 PSI 310 Bar". I think I see 105cc too. Can't see much on the Scott's. Looks like ones used in the Fire Service.

Ive had the one size bigger 88cf often called a 60min served me well for a couple years now. These only have a 15yr life that you're supposed to use them for.
So obviously older than that they would be cheap but at your own risk needless to say and a dive shop wouldn't fill them you'd be on your own for filling.

I think it is expired, The 06 is a born on year of 2006 and 04 is for April. You will have to have it re-certified before a paintball or scuba shop will fill it. Also, you will also have to buy a valve.

Can't be 105cc. Visually looking and guessing since I have the 88, 74, 66, and 44 sizes those look like 66cu.ft.

If it's out of date, it can't be recertified and its monetary value is zero. There is a company that was recertifying some brands but as far as I know, they were only doing it in bulk lots for large companies or organisations. The cost of the procedure made it not viable for the average Joe.

I got a couple tanks last year, a 30min and a 60min with valve and fresh hydro with 5 years left on age out, off Ebay. For under $150, add the fill system and your under $200. I also have a new 75CF slow fill valve and the cost per year is quite similar. So one can weight budget and if one is going to a compressor in the next 5 years and the xtra dollars can go toward the compressor.
