Air venturi 4500psi compressor

Just got my compressor back from warranty repair.sent 07/24/2019. 125.00 shipping.returned 08/16/2019. Service as per manual.did the 10 min break in.installed test plug, right off the bat have a jet blast of air comming from the high pressure tube, air blasting between the compression fitting on the tube and the tube .trying to reposition, both ends leak air.the ferrells that are compressed on the tube are where the jet blast is.i didn't need any leak detector, just my hand feeling for leaks.know compressor is broke down again.i see pyramyd air has the high pressure tube.i think that this would have been caught if a QC inspection been performed...

That's unfortunate. I did have to send mine in once for warranty and they said there was an issue with a high pressure plate valve(?).

I looked at that stainless steel spiral tube. It appears to have compression fittings on both ends. If they took that off to repair your compressor that could be the problem. Sometimes that type of fitting only works once. You could buy a new setup from PA, or you could see if you can tighten those fittings, or, you could remove the tube and add a "little" gasket sealer to the contact areas. Do yourself a favor and use the correct size metric wrenches.
