Air Venturi Air Compressor 4500 PSI/310 Bar

I am in League City, Texas (Bay Area). I am considering obtaining an Air Venturi compressor but can't justify the investment. Is there any interest in my area in paying me $5/fillup while you wait? This machine will fill rifles (PCP or paintball) or tanks in only minutes up to 4500 PSI, While it will fill scuba tanks, this is NOT breathable air. Write me if you are near enough to be cost effective. Thank you. [email protected]

I wonder if the liability risk of filling other peoples tanks and the overuse of your compressor is worth it? I understand your problem and I just got my AV compressor a few months ago. But I want this to last as long as possible for ME to shoot as much as I want. Also God forbid an accident happens and someone gets hurt or a tank malfunctions and you take money for a service. Then you are responsible. I want this to be fun. Save a little longer and get it for yourself. If you shoot enough you will realize how awesome it is to have your own air. But if you do go that route I would buy a bigger more commercial type unit with a proven track record. JMO

Where I live we all own Powder burners and if folks have airguns it's pumps and springers that's why there is no call for tank filling and I couldn't find anywhere to fill mine so I bought a compressor, chances I fill someone else's airtank is probably 1 in 50,000, now if airguns start taking off around here that could change but this part of the country it's more of a 30-30.270,30-06,223,7mm and more type of a crowd. I'm a lone wolf out here...

lmold, I was talking to people in Austin, TX about airguns, nobody(I talked to) thought that airguns can be so powerful - which just tells me one thing, there is not enough marketing, so people simply are not aware about it, so no interest, no sells, no places to fill airguns, blah-blah. Before I got my compressor, I was not seriously tuning my rifles, just because I was afraid to spend too much air and there would 5-6 hours of intense manual pumping workout to fill air tank again.

However, thinking about using my compressor to get some money back - it sounds like a terrible idea. Even for $10. It would limit me to stay at home while compressor is feeling somebodies air tank, also there are ways to make a lot more than $10 while tank is being filled. Literally, you can make more trading stocks manually on a stock market than filling somebodies air tank. Of course, it is a risk and requires some specific knowledge.

I have an AV compressor and love it. Before, it was an hours drive one way IF they could fill it and the place that filled it always had some issue. Once they told me the valve was leaking, it wasn't. Another time they told me the burst disc was leaking, again, it wasn't. You just never know what you get when you hand your 700;00 tank over to someone that has no clue !
