I assume you’re referring to carbon fiber SCBA tanks. If so, I don’t see why not. When you purchase one the carbon fiber SCBA tanks come empty. If you’re unsure about shipping policies consider asking a representative at the courier service you intend to ship it through.

My AirVenturi tank came empty as well. Unfortunately, the valve wasn't screwed in tight, so the gasket (O-Ring) blew. Do check for proper installation when it arrives.
