Have had this for 6 months & worked flawlessly-Recently fill one of my 45 min. tanks & left cooler/fan running after shutoff for cooldown- went to charge my other bottle & compressor won't come on(fan/cooler is working) the compressor switch is not lit. Reset switch did not pop & motor can be manually turned , so not frozen. Swapped fuses & no change. The switch is my guess, so ordered another from PA. to check. I have tried to reach Air Venturi/Pa tech support for 3 days with no return call. Any suggestions at this point or does someone have electronic schematic on this?

You might check the wiring at the switches. My Tuxing has had the wires at the power switch vibrate off several times until I soldered them on.

On my Hatsan Lightning(very similar) I had been having electrical issues too. Blowing cb in box and on compressor etc. I changed my plug in receptacle, circuit breaker in my box and on the compressor but still had issues. Hatsan sent me a new power switch and when I went to change it I noticed that a couple of the wires on the switch were burnt and one fell out of the terminal. I replaced those terminals and switch and it works great now. I figure it must have been loose connection issues.
So i would check the wire connections and switches. The AV switches are the same as on my Hatsan and they are cheap from Pyramid Air so bought extras to have just in case.

Update!!- Got my replacement switch & all is good- no signs of burning on old one- just a cheap switch- want to find one of same dimensions thats heavier duty. Thanks for the input & email addy- never did hear from PA. but got switch from them in 3 days( shipping was more than the switch LOL)

Pa. finally got hold of me & agreed to refund the cost of my replacement switch, so no more issue with them.

My Tux is on it's last legs. So I ordered one of the AV's. Randy I had to replace the power inlet, the power switch, I replaced the wire between the 2 with 14 gauge wire.Those wire connectors are garbage. I bought the 20amp/600v rated ones at work no more issues there. The power switch just quit again! They are rated @10amps and we are drawing right at 15. I will end up doing all this all over with the AV, it's a brand labeled Tuxing I believe. THIS time. I am going to order what is called MTW wire. It has 5 times the strands and is made for high vibration application like in factories. I am ordering the inlet and power switch also rated 20a/600v
