Well, I ordered mine in APRIL and it was due to ship yesterday. I called and spoke with "Doug" and they are on back order and he couldn't tell me WHEN mine would ship. So, it's back to hand pumping or taking the time to run into town to have it my tank filled IF they have time to fill it. I sure hope PA gets these in sooner than later. I also hope the compressor is worth it.

Hey Jamienmd. I just got mine 2 weeks ago and love it. It is definitely worth it. Just hope it lasts. lol.I waited 3 months or so too. I used regular compressor oil from Lowes. Im going to run it about 10 or 15 hours with this oil to break it in and then switch to a synthetic. Thats what I have always done with my vehicles and they have a lot of miles now and the oil still comes out clean. Also I used distilled water for the coolant. Has been working great so far. Just do a quick check of all the nuts and bolts and fittings. One screw by the oil reservoir was a little loose. Probably from shipping. Good luck and be patient.

Thanks. I cant wait for mine. I did buy a Streamline last December and am finding out it is very pump friendly. I use the Hill Pump. Had a Benjamin and an AF pump and they didn't last at all. I shoot a lot. After the Benjamin and AF pumps, I bought an 88 Carbon fiber tank but getting that filled has become a hassle. Town is an hour out one way and the local shop isn't too reliable about filling the same day. A lot of back and forth and they have no clue. Told me my tank was leaking twice and both times I found no leaks.

My compressor came this morning - so after working all night, I naturally set it up and tried it. First impression is that the sound level is acceptable to operate it in the spare bedroom with the door closed. It needs one of the puppy pads under the drain to keep the Lady of the house happy - me out of the dog house. After the first ten minute run the temp was 20 C higher than the house. Next I filled my 90cu in tank in 15 minutes with the tank only 65C under load. Now I will Try to sleep and not think how much I could shoot If I stayed up. I work again tonight.

I got mine yesterday. After work, I filled it with water and oil, ran it for 10 minutes and let it cool. I filled a Condor from 2000 psi to 2900 psi in about three minutes. I'm impressed. It is really well built, came with tools and parts for a rebuild and does everything it is supposed to do. It even included a few fittings to fill with. I had very little oil come out of the pressure relief. I used the top of the box it came in as a tray to set it in. Worked like a charm. Figuring the time and gas it takes to run a tank into town and the hassle of IF they can fill it, this compressor will pay for itself in about 20 fills of the 4500 psi tank. Having an air source will make tuning the rifles much easier. WOW, wish I had done this a few years ago.
