I just unboxed my new AV Nomad, and carefully read the instructions. The manual says that when you plug it in(I’m using 110) the fan should come on. After getting it all set up, I plugged it in….nothing happened. So I double checked all of the connections. Still nada. Then I tried another extension cord…crickets-daaaaamit!!! Oh wait doesn’t the gfi that always pops go to those outlets? So I tried 1 more outlet (sigh of relief)- it works.
Now I’m set to go to the range in the morning to play with my newly refitted/repaired 22cal AAS410, a brand new Meopta scope, a new compressor, and multiple tins of pellets to try out. I’ve got high hopes for the 16gr and 18gr JSB’s. Be sure to tune in tomorrow to see how well, or not so well, the new pellets, scope, and compressor performs.
And for the fans of powder burners, my wife will be taking her new S&W snub nose hammerless wheel gun(model 442) in 38 special that Santa gave her.
