Why talking about 3 phase it is standard 220VAC ya can find in any house

into your house in a hot a neutral and a hot ...from either hot to neutral is 120....across the two hots ya get 220 no three phase commercial power needed 

So its just as easy to use as the other compressors at home

Your right. It is the coltri the Italia One that comes in 110v, 220v single phase,220v three phase,or gas. If I had the stationary room and willing to pay a Electriction to run 100+ feet of line to garage, another expense. It would be hands down airtex 45. Plenty of room and two independent 120v lines on circuit breakers just sitting there waiting for me to spend $700+ to run the lines :(

From my understanding there is the 220v electric and the gas version. Gas version would allow you to take out in the field for over night or all week end fun shoots and if your house don't have 220v plug in the area you want it then that's another expense,$ 200+

As as far as kits, maybe there talking about your fill line whip. There are traditional scuba fill heads, then there is the standard quick-disconect fill adapter. If that's the case get the one that has the head to fit your tanks. As you should not put gun on it directly as it fills to fast!
The only other thing I can think of is the filter choice. Filters for Airgun/paintball or filters for scuba use. Both will take all moister out but the scuba filter is for breathing air. If the Tex has replaceable filter, scuba grade filters cost more or should. 
One last thought, the English use the word "kit" to describe stuff :)
if your serious, give them a call and tell them your needs and planed use and they can direct you in the right direction.

I am an mechanical engineer and work alot with HP compressors. Sharing few things I found out about this brand. 

What made Airetex-45 strong was the compressor block but Airetex is not using Alkin blocks anymore.

Alkin Compressor's blocks run on very low RPM around 1000 so moving parts are not getting aged and wear off.

Airetex is using Coltri bloks now with 2800 RPM. 

RPM is one of the most important factors when buying a compressor.
