Airforce .177

Has anyone tried a Airforce airgun in .177 for Field Target compe?

It’s what I started with about 10 years ago. Things like not being regulated, a trigger really not made for FT make it challenging to be competitive. However, it didn’t discourage me from having fun and continue the sport.

Twenty or so years ago a guy in our club shot with one. He was an excellent shooter and did well with it. Back then the guns were really popular.

If you have it use it, otherwise lots of other low cost options to try FT with can be had. Marauder, Avenger and Avenge-X and more in that $500 or so price point new.

I don’t have one, I was curious if anyone had tried one out… The only pcp I currently have is a .22/700 Panthera. I have 4 springers and plan on shooting the Fairfield fun match in December if you all have it.
