Super easy. Cost depends on the blank used. I can get a really good shooting QB barrel and it's maybe $100 shipped TJ, LW or similar it's over $200How difficult would it be to make a .177 barrel for these?

I know there are versions of this in .25, do you think there is enough gas to make it a decent .30 ? I have barrels in the .20 and .22 calibers alsoBuild complete. 21" QB barrel with loading tray. Reduced the barrel to top hat distance. On the lowest power wheel setting 18gr FX pellets are at 890fps and on the highest setting JSB Knockout slugs at 25.4gr are at 920fps. Fully functional shroud plus a mod makes her backyard friendly for sure.

The valve tophat only measures .312 on mine. You'd have to replace that and bore the cocking lug and add new larger orings on the .22 but probably not on the .25. I think with the longer barrel It with pellets it should make a decent shooter.I know there are versions of this in .25, do you think there is enough gas to make it a decent .30 ? Thank you sir for the above and beyond reply. Honestly I'm out of work and I can't make a move right now. But again thank you for the very kind offerDM me your address and I'll send you a hand pump. That should more than offset that difference in price.
Graph doesn't do it justice. 67 shots at a 14fps ES is hard to get in any rifle of any price point.Ran a string over the chrono using JTS 18.1 pellets. The gun can use some adjusting but I want to wait until I get the HP BBT mold tomorrow. That will be my go to ammo for this gun so I'll want to tune it to those slugs.

Yep, I know. Those series of back to back duplicate numbers were fun to watch and hear come out of the tablet. She sounded like a record skipping. lolGraph doesn't do it justice. 67 shots at a 14fps ES is hard to get in any rifle of any price point.
That's awesome.Yep, I know. Those series of back to back duplicate numbers were fun to watch and hear come out of the tablet. She sounded like a record skipping. lol
But still, I think I can make it better. What was even better was seeing every one of the shots go into a hole the size of a squirrel head at 35 yds.
And those pellets weren't as accurate as the slugs.
I like this gun... can ya tell?
Did you use some sort of bracket to ensure the correct angle or just freehand it?I decided it was time to dress the trigger some, was wort the effort and I would do it again LOL The sear looked more like a file LOL
Do you end up resizing these at all?Poured, tumbled and weighed a couple hundred NOE 217 30 FN/HP BBT 4 cav slugs this morning from the new mold after testing some samples.
Yep, P-Force has a permanent diet.
Nope, never resized anything. Bare in mind, these don't shoot well in all my .22 guns but the P-Force really likes them.Do you end up resizing these at all?
I cast and resized a bunch of bullets in my Seneca Recluse that shows up today, I like the idea of casting .22 slugs for this and my Hatsan 95.
I clamped the sear in a vice and could use both hands to steady, take light layers off adjust as needed.Did you use some sort of bracket to ensure the correct angle or just freehand it?
I think I will be tackling mine in the not to distant future.
