Airforce Airforce knockoff?

I’m here to see how this goes

Have one headed my way as well. I have had good luck with my Snowpeak rifles over the years, owned a P12, two M16 rifles in both .22 and .25, and an Mrod Air M10. Took crows at 100 yards with the P12, took a pig with the M16 .25 cal at 30 yards, and a large number of small game types would attest to the accuracy and power if they were still among the living (which they are not!) I have bought and sold many airguns over the years, and don't currently have a Snowpeak, so looking forward to receiving this one and putting it through it's paces.

I was tempted to try the bullpup, but regulated and a touch more snort won out. I'll get mine pretty quickly here on the left coast, Cali is typically one day shipping for me. We shall see how much Chineseium is built in. China can do world class, my DJI drone is incredible, my best camera and it flies. I wonder what the regulations will be in London city center, I suspect my iphone and slr will get that duty, we shall see. Sure can't beat < 300 bucks for a regulated and suppressed rifle with great air capacity. You guys are dangerous....to my toy fund, it's darn near empty again.

Even with the terrible trigger I'm liking the gun. The shipping box also had a hole where the bolt handle was located, and I've found out if you cock fast it works just fine, otherwise sometimes it is much harder to cock. Seems good enough for fun plinking. And the more I shoot it it seems to improve in operation. Charles

I was lucky with my bolt... but did see where it 'bumped' up the cardboard where the bolt was, just not enough to bend or come through.
Maybe this weekend I'll play around with the power wheel a bit. I left it at around 3 when testing and was getting good numbers.

Did a barrel recrown today and maybe tomorrow will see about polishing trigger components.

Still have not heard back from Pinty, my gun does work the bolt is tweaked from shipping damage. Powerful and fairly quiet. I'm seeing 880 FPS with Barracuda 18s about 950 with RWS hobby. By guess and by golly on the power wheel I have the hex screw halfway up the slot. I would like to hear back from the vendor, ideally with an RMA. It managed to push an H+N rabbit 25 grain to 750. Difficult to chamber the slug. I like the gun a lot. Did not get at all serious with targets but it seems accurate. The bolt "catches" when operated with the bolt handle if I also push on the bolt body to center it when cycling it works OK.

Update:
Typical Chinese vendor, they have asked me to send a video of the issue that I carefully described. That is disappointing. I will play their game and send a video and update further. The way the gun is packed they must be aware, which is why I say typical Chinese vendor. I like the gun, but not if I have to guide the bolt each cycle.

I got mine yesterday, The reg took a good 10 shots to settle down to 13.5 MPA. I turned the power wheel just enough to take the slack out, 17.6 gr Norma pellets 875- 880, increasing the hammer spring to move the larger scale indicator does nothing more than create a bit more noise. Accuracy is spot on at 10m I think there may be a bunny in the yard to test it out at longer ranges. Scope came off my Talon SS and the scope dope is pretty darn close. :)
I experimented with a tape shim under the bolt to help align with the top hat, it would work if it stayed in place, I might try building up some liquid steel on that area to keep things lined up. Not an issue if one is mindful of how one closes the bolt though.

PS I cleaned ans waxed the bore, and while I was at it took suppressor thread measurements, M11 x 1 the M11 is a guess as I counted threads on my thread gauge to get the width, as my calipers are at work LOL
