Airgun Capital Moderator

I had an older model Airgun Capital moderator that I had for a while sitting in my safe. I tried it on my FX DRS and it blew the end right off it. A quick e-mail to Airgun Capital, just to let them know it had failed, resulted in an offer to replace it with their new model.

The new moderator arrived a couple days ago, and I really like the new design. The old one was3D printed, the new one is all aluminum. I was originally thinking of using it on my DRS, but it’s a tad too small in the overall diameter, so it looked odd, but the diameter is perfect for my Crown! I replaced the Huma-Air MOD30 I had on the Crown with the new Airgun Capital moderator and it’s now stacking pellets hole in hole! It’s a tad louder than the Huma-Air suppressor, but I’ll take the tighter groups over a decibel or two!

Over all I'm very happy with the new moderator and very impressed with Airgun Capital's Customer Service!

Same here, first time I hear about them. And apparently their mod costs only $85! That's really cheap IMHO compared to other options out there. They also have .357 cal moderator for $105. Plus, customer service seems to be top-notch. I really need to try one of these. Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback @FLgunner! Link to this mod below:

I ordered one to try got 20 dollars off,,, on black friday sale $65
This seems like an amazing deal. They have a great design, so I don’t know why they wouldn’t work well. I really don’t need another mod, but it can’t hurt to have another in the drawer when testing to see what a particular rifle groups better with. I had been considering buying one at regular price (basically half of what all others cost), so at $65, this really does seem like a no brainer.
