Airgun Case Options for all your different Air Rifles, lets see them.

I am having a problem finding cases. I would like to see what you guys are using.

PCP guns with the bottle underneath and the scope seems to be an issue without buying a hard case made for 2 rifles.

Break Barrels with a scope being very long don't fit my shotgun cases, and was to long for my longest case or to narrow because of the scope.

Bullpup being small and compact but tall with an optic lets see what your using for those.

I would like to see what everyone else has come up with solutions to these problems.

Thanks in advance look forward to seeing your guys setups.

The boys and I have hard cases that we got with our air guns when we bought them. However, none of our air guns fit in the hard cases with the moderators attached. Since two of our air guns have tensioned barrels and the POI changes if you take the moderator off, we don’t like to take them off every time we put them in or out of the cases. I like the protection of hard cases but cases long enough to hold our air guns are long, thick and cumbersome.

I didn’t want to go with soft cases but ended up giving these a try because they were priced right, come in different sizes from 36” to 54”, have thick padding, have a plethora of pockets and many additional features like mesh interior pockets, back pack straps, a shoulder strap and velcro straps to hold the air guns in place. We absolutely love them and I’ve recommended them to about 8-10 people who all also love them. For about $80, they are a super deal and offer great protection for two air guns with scopes. Check them out on Amazon or other dealers on the web…The brand name is Savior, these cases start at only $79 for the 46” case and a little more for the larger cases or camouflage color.

Below, you can see the thickness, interior pockets and storage, the two gun storage areas and center divider, three different colored cases in three different sizes, the back pack straps that can be stored in the rear pocket when not in use, and the four large external pockets. There are a total of 7 interior and exterior pockets that hold a bunch of gear!

That's a nice bag thanks , I might have to get me one for my KCTAC2 .

I use a soft double rifle case like shown above with external pockets, but only use it for one gun. "Double Rifle" size gives you the width for a single bulky bottle air rifle. There are many of these on the market now, all very similar. Tall height usually supports bullpup PCPs, but make sure to double check. I use the MidwayUSA branded one.

Impact just fits in height wise, but taller bullpups may not. The external pockets in this one have MOLLE webbing that I attached smaller pouches to organize pellet tins, mags, extra moderator, tools, and fill gear. Everything fits and I don't need to take any additional bags to the range.

I was looking at setting up a Pelican case, but what turned me off was empty weight would probably be close to my soft case fully loaded with gun and gear. Now after using the soft case, another reason I wouldn't get a hard case is the space it would take up when laying down or open. On my soft case I can usually sort of stand it up and access all the gear and even gun through partially open zippers (no need to fully unzip and fold open the case). This provides for quick access to gear and takes up a lot less space on a shooting table. For a hard case you are pretty much stuck laying flat on its back and flipping the lid open.

I'm using a Fieldline Tactical 34 Inch Striker case for my Hatsan Flashpup. Got it off of eBay and it's an exact fit, which I thought was pretty nice.

Juse want to point out....not that you aren't aware...but for anyone just peeking and thinking...if one inserts and carries and sets down their rifle loaded into a case the way this picture shows, they would be inserting, carrying, and setting the case down leading with their scope's elevation turret.

The shape is perfect oriented that way for that gun, and I can see myself telling myself I'd be mindful not to set it down and not to bang the bottom on anything as I moved it. But I don't listen to that version of myself anymore 😉
