The mystery box seems like running out of sorted pellets and betting $199 you can put it in the middle using one out of the dinger pile.

Yeah, just have to wait and see. Maybe a silly 20 rnd/second bb gun or something that I can frankenstein. I think I saw that they were going to ship out mid-week, so I'll definitely update when it comes in.

Got my tracking info this morning, it says it weighs 20lbs.

If the 20 lb boxes are the same this year as last it might not be much depending on what you like. The people who got 20+ lb boxes last time thought they had gotten the big ticket items just to find one or two co2 pistols and random stuff. I almost bought a box then forgot about it by thursday and got reminded after it was over. They list a raw as a possible product in an epic mystery box but they dont say the epic boxes are guaranteed to contain any of those items just that its an example of what could be in them. It seems last time no one got anything even close to a big ticket item.
I wonder if we will see any epic mystery box posts that even remotely resemble the possible products they listed like a raw. Good luck to the people that did buy them.

Save your money and buy what you want. Wait for a good sale or coupon code to offset some of your costs for items you want and shipping. If you want to gamble go to the casino or play the state lottery. These boxes seem like trash to me based upon what happened to others in past promotions. I doubt there is anything "epic" coming out of these types of promotions. Even on gun giveaways, have you seen this vendor giving away any "epic" or top-tier guns? Is this promo on the up and up? They sure know how to build hope for the dreamers and gamblers. To me these promotions seem like an outlet for crappy products, items that didn't sell well, and overstocked items.

How can you have a package weight if they said on the website that packaging begins today and boxes ship on Tuesday?

They said they got the weight today. Today is when they started getting packages ready to ship so they would have started printing shipping labels today. They would need to know the packages weight to print labels and when the notifications go out to the buyers that a label was made it has the packages weight in that info. Have you never ordered anything before

Negative. Nothing was shipped. therefore no one gets a notification until its shipped. A buyer doesn't get a notification when they print a shipping label. My point is they haven't left the factory because they are inspecting packages today. Boxes aren't sealed until after inspection. Doesn't anyone comprehend what they're reading?

Yes they do. I get notifications all the time before its actually on a truck and the label was just created. I got one last week for multiple things I ordered from UA more than a day before it was ever picked up by fed ex. Sounds like you have never ordered anything.

Confirmed, I got the exact same type of email.
When I ship packages to my customers, they get a notification as soon as my shipping label is printed as well even though the carrier hasn’t picked it up yet.

On a positive note, I just ordered an HFT Challenger from Airgun Revisions (literally just got the tracking notification this morning) and it’s shipping weight is 10 pounds.
