I'm in PA, I've purchased 2 airguns from AR , just pay online or by phone & wait for the brown or white w/ color truck to drop off at the door. I've purchased from dealers all over the US & in house at NEAG's & UAG's . I know of no restrictions as far as purchasing unless the 18yr.s age comes into play at dealers. I purchased a springer in California w/o issue & drove it cross country home . You may have local restrictions in certain townships or cities , therefore I'dJust curious as to what restrictions might be in place for PA. in regards to buying & selling airguns. Any issues .

Eventually I'm just going to move to a more free state. I've got family, job, etc... that are keeping me here for the moment, but I'll be retiring in a few years and at that point I'm outta here. For the time being, there's no point in getting in trouble over something stupid. This place just keeps getting more restrictive every year and the people here keep voting for more restrictions.***Deleted content***
Yep, the only major restriction we had was no full auto. Now, we’re arguably worse off than California and there’s a whole slew of new bills pending.Washington was a paradise till 5 or so years ago. So far my airguns are safe, PB's not so much.
Don't be fooled into thinking either of those will know the actually gun laws. I know this as a fact dealing with both over a couple decades. Most of them dont know, have been told incorrectly, or go on how they feel or think on the subject as a matter of fact.ALWAYS go the source. Ask law enforcement, lawyers, etc...

You can look up the state statues and city ordinances on firearm/weapon violations and know the actual laws and not just hearsay or opinions.
Who's cherry picking your advice? YOU can ask a LEO, a lawyer, even ask a Walmart greeter and believe any information they can give you, thats totally up to you. But the SOURCE would be the actual laws on the books, that would give you the factual information and not hearsay or opinions...if that's what your after.NO ONE should be fooled by partially reading then cherry picking apart a full statement! Notice etc... Not helpful at all directing anyone from consulting and or going to the source!!!

Walmart greeters are like barbers. They're an extremely authoritative source.SO, as I mentioned to begin with, go to the SOURCE! You clearly mentioned EITHER and that reference was, the cherry-picked portion to what exactly, lawyers, law enforcement. Now you're into Walmart greeters?!?!?
ALWAYS GO TO THE SOURCE,that is a correct statement.ALWAYS go the source. Ask law enforcement, lawyers, etc...
ALWAYS GO TO THE SOURCE,that is a correct statement.
ASK LAW ENFORCEMENT, LAWYERS,ECT, that is a incorrect statement.
Your statement reads to ask law enforcement, lawyers, ect., like they are supposed to know and be a reliable source of information, which they aren't.
Unless somehow I'm not reading it correctly.
Huh ? $5000 tax on a half million house. Try NY.Yep, the only major restriction we had was no full auto. Now, we’re arguably worse off than California and there’s a whole slew of new bills pending.
It’s not just the gun laws though. An income tax seems inevitable as does rent control and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. A 3 bedroom house outside of Seattle will cost you $500,000 and the property taxes will be around $5000 per year.
