Airgun Parts

the blanket answer is no but you have to list all the parts you need by part number for any of to do a wide search
i have in the past had good service from but when you have one company that has all the parts and you need some much care would be wise
you issue with them i don't care about helping you find some part i am
it might come down to buying a parts gun and many of the parts at JG are parts that are used
Chambers and Knibbs might have something in the UK but again without know the part numbers and or the model i am in the dark

Anyone know of a website i can use for spare benjamin sheridan airgun parts aside from JG Airguns? They demand that you be kind and say that rudeness will not be tolerated but i get nothing but unprofessionalism and rudeness from Heather in every email and frankly i dont want to give them my money. Thanks for the help.

Have you tried apologizing to, and then being nice to Heather?

Honestly, I'm wondering if this is a cross-cultural thing.

You could hire someone with interpersonal skills to negotiate your purchases for you if you're not good at it.

Cheers?

It's funny how the assumption is made that the OP needs help with interpersonal skills. I also had a unpleasant email exchange with Heather, in my case her customer service skills were severely lacking. Although that's my opinion, maybe I shouldn't have asked for more pictures of a used gun they were selling. As I was told there were two pictures there already. No big deal as I was able to find what I was looking for somewhere else without all the snarky responses.

If i was in the wrong or was rude to her i would gladly. But I typically dont apologize for things if im not in the wrong. Ive let others read the email string and all seem to agree i am not in the wrong. I dont believe i did anything to illicit the unprofessionalism I encountered. The fact that you "laughed at" a negitive review about my encounter i left them on another fourm thread and the fact that you automatically assumed i needed to apologize and take fault presumably without having access to the email string and then insinuate that i dont have the social skills or ability to effectively communicate with others tells me that A: speaking on smething you dont know anything about B: youre just looking for confrontation or C: youre someone that is associated with the business or knows Heather or at a minimum has a very biased opinion. None of which are constructive. Thank you anyway though.

I 'think' the intent was that if he is the only game in town, then you have to tread lightly. While this is true with certain folks who make specialty and one off parts for hobby, it shouldnt be true for a business. But I'm only guessing at his intent. Also, I've not dealt with JG nor Heather so I've no dog in the fight.
Not to go off course, but I've noted a lack in customer service across the board over the last few years so it's not surprising.
