I watch mostly to learn how to replace a seal for instance. I have noticed the ones that claim they tested 10 pellets and will let you know which one works best in your gun are not worth it, every gun of even the same model will shoot different. Pellet "testing" is a personal thing you have to work out with your gun.
Legit? I would have to say yes. Completely honest? I would have to say no. And yes I’ve watched what he had to say about a couple guns I’ve owned and have completely figured out. I let the first gun slide because 90% of the people who owned that gun had issues and they were all over every forum. The next gun I decided to ask some questions. He’s too smart to be oblivious to issues and exceptionally wise not to argue about them. Doesn‘t want to bite the hand that feeds him but I had to try. But I will say this. If you want to watch a review and are fully aware that the guy is not going to tell you everything, watch his. He tries the hardest to give you as much as possible without biting that hand. Then come to a forum where we bite hands like hamster.
Well I cant say I have seen them all for sure, just out of the guns I have owned he was closer than most. Yes ,I come to the forum to get the real deal on what is and what is not.
I’ve only watched two for sure but maybe a third that I can’t remember. When I have a buddy who is interested in a gun and wants to have late night glow face as he debates his purchase, I tell them if that dude reviews the gun, it’s about the best you can hope for.
