With all this drama on the Donnyfl thing, what about shrouds, so many Airguns are made and sold with them, are they legal now? Can we replace them, enhance them?

The legality of silencers has not changed with the DonnyFL situation. There are retailers still selling his stuff. Other brands have not been impacted at all.
The law has to do with intent. An airgun shroud that is integrated into the airgun and is designed to specifically accommodate that airguns barrel and action is obviously, undisputedly, intended for use on an airgun.
The question of shrouds was settled even before the question of detachable silencers. Unless certain states have restrictions (e.g. New Jersey), you are good to go.
The DonnyFL situation is NOT related to the general legality of airgun silencers at this time.
