Yes, they’ve been around for a while post EBR.
For EBR the target sizes are slightly smaller.
- Target Size Measures:
- X ring ……… 0.200
- 10 ring……… 0.475
- 9 ring………. 1.250
- 8 ring………. 2.000
- 7 ring……… 2.800
- 6 ring……… 3.580
- 5 ring……… 4.36
- 4 ring……….5.125
A few things I’ve never understood?
1. Why did they go with a different target size (a small difference, but still a difference) when EBR targets had been used successfully for years prior to ASA?
2. They had a chance to make this right with double shooting a target vice the -10 penalty. The rest of the BR World (USARB, N50, etc.) take the lowest of the two shots minus 1 point.
But they didn’t and stuck with the -10 used at EBR.
