I purchased two targets from Airgun Target Systems (Airguntargetsystems.com). I got both the large Model 106 (16” X 20”) and the smaller Model 107 (10” X 16”). I use the large one outdoors in my yard, and the smaller one in my basement. These targets are rated for airguns between 20 and 90 Ft Lbs. I have shot them with both my Crown in .22 and my Impact in .25 and .30, with Ft Lbs between 40 and 85. They have been absolutely perfect. No penetration, no bounceback, no problems. well made, I know that if I hit anywhere on the target then the pellet/slug will not exit. Basically it’s a target and backstop all in one.
I had read a review of these on Hard Air Magazine, and there is a review by Ken Hicks at SPAW. I. Must say that the newest targets are even better than I expected. No matter that I hit them with 85 Ft Lbs from 10 yards, no problems whatsoever.
They are heavy, especially the large one, but that is actually reassuring.
