Hey guys! I got my hands on an AGT Vixen Long. Tony at Talon Tunes sent over a Vixen to test. Awesome gun with alot of features you won't find on any other gun. I had a great time shooting it.

Thanks for watching! -Nate

As An AGT owner, I have sent them several emails and they always responded and taken care of me at no charge. My gun has been out of warranty for 5 years and they still sent me free parts and free shipping. My last email was asking about the Vixen and for the first time I didnt get a response.the virus has hit some of these countries much harder than ours. I will give them the benefit of doubt, great company!

No doubt, they make awesome guns. I have a thing about companies who don't respond to emails. I know alot of these guys get requests from tons of random Youtubers. It only takes 30 seconds to say "I'm not interested" or maybe have a cut and paste reply ready saying your company doesn't have the budget, or doesn't advertise that way.

...EDIT: I got ahold of AGT. Thanks for contacting me! -Nate

would you consider it backyard friendly

Hey, It was backyard friendly. We were shooting it with the shroud off at the 50 yards shooting part.

Any intel on a .25 short and long?

So far I have not heard of a .25 yet....Tony might know if you email him at [email protected]

I’ve been shooting your Duelng Trees. The most fun you can have with an Airgun. They work great!

Great to hear! Thanks for the update. I only shot a set myself for the first time a few days ago. They are pretty fun. Happy shooting! -Nate

Thanks for the video review. I have the short one & love it. The little thing is super accurate & i amazed coming from a 10 inch barrel. I can;t wait until mid September when squirrel season comes in. I got a Impact compact at the same time, both the Impact & Vixen are hanging on the wall in my office , 9 times out of 10, I pick up the Vixen to shoot.

Sorry about your lack of corresponce from AGT, they always answer my inquiries. Once I contacted them about lack of power in my old Vulcan & they sent me a new hammer spring for free. I don;t understand why they will not sell me the longer barrel, so I can interchange if I wanted.

I doubt they ever have it in .25. They would need to make it longer/bigger or add some kind of plenum..

@nutcracker, how much power are you getting out of that Vixen?

@kaylaindy, first thanks for the video. However, I don't remember you saying anything about being able to adjust the hammer spring or power levels. When you mentioned features above that is the stuff I am hoping for, I like the gun, just wouldn't mind being able to adjust the hammer spring to make the gun a bit more versatile.

Nate. I woulda thought you to hold out for this in semiautomatic.

The next SK-19 that passes through my hand, I don't think I'll be letting that one get way. The SK-19 .25 is perfection, even if it was only semi auto.

I'm getting to where I only like $3000 guns. They waste less pellets. My airgun journey is pretty much over. I will be shooting my Steyr LG110 HP .22 (now called a Steyr Challenge). I have a new FX Boss in a rare FT version .30 cal single shot. , and then the Delta Wolf and I'll save up and buy the lastest Impact M3 or whatever is out when I have the money. It will have the harmonic barrel tuning thing for sure.

My channel is going to become less of a review channel, and more of a blowing stuff up channel. I don't hunt but I may do some ratting if some locals have legitimate rat problems. I got that night vision already. Ever hit a rat in the head with a .357 FX Impact? ...were about too!! ....2 years from now when I get $2600 saved.

...Good times ahead! -Nate

there is definately something down there. The manual doesn't not mention anything about it though, or adjustment. It does say:

this may help:

Sounds like agt has a lot better CS then fx, I’ve been going through some stuff with a gun that is less then a year old and they have dropped the ball. Very frustrating.

Mine is the short one in .22 , 15.89 jsb 800 fps. I learned from my Vulcan, no use messing with the hammer spring unless u set the reg up. I mess with every gun I ever had , but am leaving this one as is. I would try a longer barrel if I could get one. But doubt I would like the added length. I know I am repeating myself , but this is the first gun I have loved in awhile.
