Airguns in Movies

I was thinking we never see airguns in movies.
Yesterday I happened upon a movie “ The Predator “ a Fairly recent movie …. Not very good unless you consider it a satire of sorts.

In it I’m sure I saw an Airforce Condor in white as a tranquiler gun. I ll provide a picture shortly.

Anyone else for a Movie with an airgun in it

Oh oh another one!!! Charlie Sheen is shooting what looks like a crosman 2100 out his window at the beginning of Men at Work.

Netflix series Stranger Things season one. You can see they are using a Crosman 2240 as a prop gun.

One of the old b&w movies (can't remember the name) has a guy laying on a couch shooting Christmas ornaments with a Tell pistol. Another is Charles Bronson at the beginning of "The Mechanic." There are a bunch out there. Star Wars used some Beeman's for their laser guns.

Nope, most of the production companies have stated they will start using all CGI for gun scenes or camera angles where they won't have a gun pointed at anyone. It'll look super realistic and stuff... lol

I CANNOT stand the newer movies, I refuse to watch any of them since Disney got their Woke hands all over them. Even George Lucas said it was a mistake selling off the rights. 4 5 and 6 will always be the "first 3" to me lol.

I have noticed airguns are often shown as stand in's in re-enactment types of murder shows.
I also notice that there is sometimes an air rifle or two shown in a gun haul from drug busts where they have the guns, drugs, and cash displayed on a table.

With all the umarex replica line I could see those being used for WWII type movies. If those weren't glorified bb guns I would so get some. An hpa full auto pellet gun like an MP40... take my money!!!
