With the ever increasing accuracy power and technology in air rifles its only a matter of time before the 3 letter organization makes them need a special form to purchase. Just imagine a 50+ fpe full auto pellet gun with high capacity and shot count. We're almost there now.

Let's not forget Vacation when they went to Wally World and Chevy Chase used a Marksman 10/10 or 10/20 bb pistol (I owned a few as a kid) on John Candy and called it a Magnum Pi.

Going out on a limb, it kinda looks like a cricket carbine. It's not listed in the imfdb. Did see a red Ryder listed for the first movie hanging on the wall.
