I have to agree. I've made a lot of orders over the phone and it's been a pleasure dealing with them. I've spoken with Chris, Rich, Darren, Jared, and Lauren. I try not to take up their time because I know they're busy but not once have I ever felt I was being rushed off the phone to place an order. These are the employees you want to represent the company and should be taken care of. We're all human and if any of them had a bad day, I wouldn't have known just by talking to them.
