Airguns of Arizona did it again!

HUGE shoutout to Shane over at Airguns of Arizona. I called the week before EBR needing a part for one of my airguns. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock due to shipping issues, but they were scheduled to have some come in the following week (after EBR). He took my shipping and other pertinent information $$$ and said he would let me know when they came in.

In the back of my mind, I figured I would need to call back in a few weeks to remind them. I WAS WRONG! Never needed to call back and I was pleased to find the part I needed in my mailbox this afternoon.

Shane is the man, didn't forget about the customer and got the part I needed faster than anticipated. The fine folks over at AoA have come through time and time again for me. What a great organization!

Everyone I have spoken with, or emailed at Airguns of Arizona, has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful... Oh, and did I mention "Friendly"? They actually take the time to "talk" with you.

I purchased my Cricket 2 Tactical and Ranger XR this past summer form AoA... Simply put - Good People! Good Service! Thank You, AoA!

Wonder how you have such good luck.

Three weeks after I ordered something it finally got put on the UPS truck. Oh yeah, we’re missing part of my order but never let me know, i only found out when I called. I asked for the important part to be shipped and the other removed from my order that took 7 more days.

I get far better service from European vendors, on my doorstep in max 3-4 days. Usually less.

My recent order from them had emails come in to my inbox right away, but the item itself took about ten days. I ordered something from Mundilar in Portugal and I got it in four days. I'm not sure what the disparity is there. I wasn't in a big hurry so NBD, but interesting that you say that. Perhaps they drop ship from more than one warehouse or something.

Most of the time, everything goes like clockwork...but then there is the one that seems to fall between the cracks and falls short. That can and will happen to ANY company, BUT when it's YOUR order in the crack, it seems to be worse. I have to remind myself that as long as people are involved, things can and will happen, and remind myself of all the stuff I have messed up on. I'm way behind the curve in that case so I cut them some slack and chalk it up to...sh×t happens.😉

I agree, just would have appreciated a heads up of a shortage in my order.
I got my order now so all good
