I placed an order for some NSA slugs, they were out of stock and AoA said when they come in we will ship them out.They did and the USPS tracking said they delivered them; where they delivered them I don't know. I let AoA know about it and about 2 wweks later a new box of NSA slugs was on its way to me. The USPS was very slow with the delivery, and I finally got them. I find AoA easy and considerate to deal with and I will continue to order from them.

Thought I should tell everyone they are straight shooters and have earned my continued business.
