Yes they are. They always take care of the customer, which is why I just got off the phone with Rich and pre-ordered a .30 Sidewinder and 2 extra mags.

Glad to see the positive experience after that weird negative one that was just posted awhile ago. The most horrible thing about that post was someone would drive 750 miles to their store front over a moderator. I love the internet as when you think you have read the most ludicrous thing ever something comes along and tops it

I agree. They had the best price for the HW44 0.22 cal so I pre-ordered and they took care of me.
They notified me by phone when the pistol arrived at their shop. We had a great conversation and I ordered additional kit so I was good to go out of the box when I received it.
I thought I would use it for PFT but PFT is a waste of the pistol's capabilites. I now rotate between the HW44 and my 22lr Contender at IBS 100 yard BR.
