Over the past couple years I have purchased a couple awesome springers from AOA. Both have required warranty repairs.
When things always go right it's great. But when they don't you really find out who you are dealing with. Airguns of Arizona has stood behind their products and warranty every time. Their service and repair is top notch and communication is awesome.
I could not have asked for better service. This outfit is the real deal. I have a closet full of spring air rifles of various brands and every one has needed warranty repairs and/or parts. That is just a fact of life when shooting a springer a lot. Having dealt with them all I can say that AOA is head and shoulders above any other vendor out there. They sell quality rifles and are prepared to deal with any issues you may have.
I don't endorse many companies or brands. These folks have earned my endorsement. All my dealings with them have been outstanding and the rifles I have purchased from them shoot superbly. I know if there is ever an issue I can have it taken care of without any hassles.
