AirMaks Arms AirMaks Krait vs FX Impact M3

I would appreciate some insights on the reasons why individuals might prefer the M3 or M4 over the Krait.
While I have reviewed separate videos discussing each option, I have yet to find a comprehensive analysis that explains whether the higher price for the M3 or M4 is justified.

What are the key advantages that make these models worth the additional cost compared to the Krait, and what specific features or capabilities does one offer that the other does not?

I pick the m3 over the krait. Bigger mags, smoother cocking and plenty of parts availabilty. The krait is very nice, but the m3 just always felt like it fit best out of the 2. I own 2 right now, an M3 and a Delta Wolf. The Delta Wolf is still up in the air. M3 is at its long term home. I didnt keep my krait long and last time i got rid of an M3, i missed it from day 1. The krait not so much. A used M3 is easier to come by also. FX sells a bunch of rifles. There are other pluses as well for the M3, but what i posted makes the most difference to me.

Thank you for your input. How do you like your Delta Wolf over M3? I own Airwolf and am somewhat familiar with the daystate quality.

I am still learning it. It is super smooth action, the smoothest i have used. The electronics certainly take some getting used to. It is heavier than my m3, as to why i have my night scope on it and it is mainly bipod work. My M3 is my walkarounder so i keep it lighter. My M3 is also more quiet, but also has a longer barrel and 22 vs 25. The delta also has a Much smaller mag bs the M3, but it is easy to swap in the dark.

I've got both the FX M3,Compact and a Krait (compact).

They are different guns ! Obviously the FX is more expensive, so you try to treat it a little more carefully, the FX is more easily adjustable than the Krait.
Both are accurate, both are easy to shoot, the overall care is the same...but...they ARE...different guns.
I've had no problems with either gun in about a year+, and a year of owning them.

Flip a coin, and pick one...either !
Kinda like picking your shorts for the day, just pick one..!

Thank you for your feedback. Which one is more quieter right out of the box without any mods? is Krait lighter than M3?

Sorry I don't recall exactly which is quieter, but...because I put a Huma M40 muffler on the FX, and I haven't added anything to the Krait, I believe the Krait is quieter, outta the box.
You can check for yourself about the weight, when you look at the details in the sellers pages...right !! Krait !!!

I have both. They are very different guns.
As said above, the M3 is very highly adjustable and bult to tinker with. I've changed mine around quite a bit over the time I've had it. It's also extremely consistent for me from the first shot but it took some time until I had it figured it out.

My Krait is a a wonderful rifle and seems half the size of my M3. Also very consistent once I tuned it correctly. It came way over powered and therefore had way too much hammer for what I was shooting.

Cost is also obviously a pretty big difference. In all honesty my decision on which one to grab on any given day is based on my mood. I won't honesty I will use either one for any target shooting or pesting. I dropped a big raccoon in it's tracks with the little Krait 22.

I have owned many guns, and I will say the only regulated gun I've ever missed has been the impact mk2. Don't get me wrong, they aren't perfect. Once something happens with them, it's usually a trickle down effect of other things going wrong, and sometimes you gotta put a lot of effort into tunning it when going into it for slugs. But once you have it set, it's a beast. If you want a gun that you would rather just not mess around as much withx I'd go with the Krait.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Does Krait have adjustable power so you can dial it up and down just like M3?
