airmax Krait compact

anyone have one of these? heard rumor of some leaks with these. looks like a solid CZ made gun. would be a great carry gun with its size and weight.

I have mine for a couple of months now. It very light weight and compact. I recommend reading this thread first.

Anyone try out the AirMaks Krait X?

How does it compare to FX? I guess the most comparable comparison would be the Maverick vs. Krait X…accuracy, build quality, barrel length, trigger, power?

I have one that I really like. No issues, solid shooter, really a great gun. But please realize that this is my replacement gun. The one that was originally sent to me was a POS. Got hold of UAG immediately and they sent me out another. I cant complain, anyone local that wants to check one out I'll meet you at the range.

I believe you are talking regulator leaks, (some call "creep"). Seems at least a couple of folks have had problems. I've seen UK forums, that guys don't seem to have this problem !? Haven't "noticed"...or don't "have" leaks...who knows ?

I just got my Krait (compact) about a little over a week ago. Supposedly / apparently, post all reworks and fixes.
Checked closely, no regulator leaks (creep) in mine. Installed a digital gauge for the regulator yesterday, haven't verified with that yet.
Shoots well, nicely balanced, actually a little light for offhand shooting, but not too bad. It doesn't bother my cats, so that means that it's moderately quiet !
Sort of "industrial" looking.
I like it, happy so far.
