Alkin Customer Service and Warranty

When purchasing high-end gear it’s good to know that you receive: quality equipment, technical support, have access to readily available parts, personable technicians and customer support reps. With Alkin I’ve found that to be the case. I’ve had my compresor for a year and in that time I can say that it performs wonderfully. The build, fit, and finish are excellent. I shopped around for months and Aydin was very responsive to my phone calls and emails (I also had a few AGN members that assisted me heavily). But Aydin helped me figure out the configuration I needed, cheapest shipping, let me know what was in stock as well as the progress of their next shipment, helped me select maintenance materials, and assisted me in placing my order. He also provided freight tracking for my shipment.

Once it arrived it was well packaged, secured to a wooden pallet, and covered in shrink wrap and a box with “fragile”and “high claim item” stickers on it. I picked it up at a freight shipping terminal, they fork lifted it, and placed it in the bed of a pickup truck where I secured and strapped down.

It made it its destination in beautiful shape.

At the urging of another member I called David on a holiday weekend for help with wiring and he graciously accommodated me. Matt was also another employee that I’ve found helpful when I contacted them with inquiries. Finally @Maher Kashoqa has been helpful and accessible via AGN in answering questions. Seems like a decent team of folks selling and supporting a solid product. Air independence is golden in airgunning. Thanks team Alkin!

I can't really justify an Alkin right now - but - I assume you've owned "lesser" compressors in the past. Is there one you were happy with in the +/- $2,000 range? I'm topping off a 9L/88 cu.ft. cf tank once or twice a week...don't usually need to fill it from empty but that capability would be nice. I know there are hundreds of threads on this topic, just looking for your thoughts. By the way - congrats on the Alkin - what a beast!
