This is such a superior platform to all the floppy barrel stuff. Once they add new models to this platform with various bottle placements it will be no contest. Unless you just really want a bullpup. No reason they could not eventually make a bullpup version though.

I know full well I’m gonna get mostly butt hurt responses like yours to this post. People who spent 2-4K on an fx rig 6 months ago thinking they would have the best of the best are going to be in the denial phase of the grieving process for awhile.

Let’s hope this is a new era. Seems like a lot of the previous fx issues are solved with this platform. Bought a maverick like 3 months ago and have thought many times I would like to just get rid of it and stop messing with it. Finally got to where I think I will be consistent though.

Typically it's best to not feed the trolls, even though I was already guilty of it above...I will do my best to refrain from further commenting in this thread but I get the feeling he's got a lot more doozies lined up that he'll throw out there to call more attention to himself.

They are secret FX marketing bots! Their goal is perpetuating the new Panthera threads for the hype. Have you not noticed all the FX owners and people already pre-ordered are tired of these Panthera threads and stopped posting………then BAM!!! These controversial comments get these threads fired back up and rocketing them back to the top! Crafty indeed!

Every gun will not become obsolete because every gun, including the Panthera, is built for a specific purpose. I just bought another M3 Compact, this one in 30 cal. I could have purchased a Panthera but after looking it over I decided that it did not meet the criteria for what I intended this purchase to be used for. Which is a quick grab backdoor gun for shooting coyote's that pass through my back yard at nighttime.

I like fx airguns , I have four as far as that goes, I like all brands of airguns , Panthera is a pcp I will not own so I guess my airguns are obsolete.
