Why I’m selling, and info on the rifle’s history.
I would like to sell this as a package but, I will sell it as a .30 or as a .25 (with BOTH barrels 2065).
I can also include an FFP scope and FX no-limit rings,, if needed for an additional $600.
I was getting ~3/4″ groups with the .30 barrel at 80 yards and ~1/2″ groups at 50 yards with both .25 barrels. I’m not very good at shooting this rifle and I was shaking all over the place. This was BEFORE tuning!

Since this was such an early production model, the fixed shroud barrels do not have the glue sealing the shrouds on. This means that you can easily remove them to add a moderator of your choice. “L” barrels are ~700mm long. I do have bite marks on one of the thread protectors from a pair of pliers.
Guys, there has been a LOT of interest in me parting this out further. I want to give the rifle buyer the opportunity to have whatever he/she wants out of this package. If you PM'd me about buying a barrel, I ask that you please PM me again to let me know what you're interested in.
.30 barrel - I would highly recommend getting the stacked shroud system with this barrel kit. The entire .30 kit with barrel, fixed shroud, mag, probe, and stacked shroud system will be $550 shipped conus, if sold separately. (Retail on all this would be 680 + shipping)

I will also accept a non-refundable “hold” deposit of 10% or more. If the buyer does not produce the remaining funds within a reasonable amount of time, the package will go back up for sale and the deposit forfeited.
Pic from today - I am selling it UNFIRED since getting it back from tuning by Ernest. He tested it, wrapped it up, and sent it out. I took it out of the box and took a picture. Now, it's going in the case. I'm currently moving out of my house and do not have time to shoot it for you.

Leave speed as is, reg at 135
1. Resealed the whole gun
2. Polish the whole valve rod to make the quad ring last longer and extra 1×5 oring dehind quad ring again to make it last longer.
3. Installed an m4 set screw on the other side of pellet probe block
4. Installed Viton oring of the front and rear of barrel bushing, to insure barrel tight fit –less POI shifting.
5. Barrel lock down screw mods.
6. Trigger tune, has now longer 1st stage travel and a clean 2nd brake at 1lbs
7. Polish all oring sliding surface on the reg.
8. Enlarge foster opening

This is a very early example of the FX 400 in wonderful shape. To give you an idea of how early, My new FX 400 has a serial # in the 43,000’s this one is # 5343! There is a ding on the top left edge from it rubbing up against something rough. Some paint would cover it right up. Just finished some test shooting and leak test. It gives about 60 shots (from 200 bar) before dropping off. No power wheel, no regulator, aluminum bottle. Shooting right around 905fps @ 9500ft. Right hand thumbhole synthetic stock.
Asking $850 shipped conus. Comes with 1 mag.
I can also install, level, and zero a like new Bushnell scope with some BKL rings on it if you would like for + $510. Black Friday price - $450 The atlas is not included. MOE picatinny rail is.

It’s about 6 years old or so. I used it ~20 times I’d guess. Haven’t used it in years except for just now to test it out. Found and just fixed a small leak where the hose attaches to the pump. Works fine, pumped up a rifle to 200b with no issues.
Looks good. No dents. Not beat up, I think I always used it inside on carpeted floors. Just a few superficial scratches from being 6 years old. Never had any reason to rebuild it. I did just put some small scratches in it, from the wrench I used, during the leak fix today. Oops.
Handle and base will be removed for shipping. Easy 4 screws to put them back on.
Best bet is to PM me and leave a note here (eg: "PM sent about Impact") for all to see.
