Alliance Hobby Two Stage Trigger System - Worth it?

I have recently ordered from Alliance Hobbies and had a great experience. I have a Crosman 1377 and ordered a steel breech and the two stage trigger system. I was aware he is a one man show so was prepared to be patient, the order came well packaged , everything I ordered was there and it arrived in 7 days. I will be ordering from him again in the near future.

Like some others I ordered, paid , then waited and waited, and finally got through and was told it would be months until the item, a barrel would be available. I requested a refund and still if I remember correctly that took several days. Based on past experience I do not think I will be shopping there again. I will say some of his products were very good, but customer service just was not there at all.

I had a somewhat similar experience about 2 years ago. I ordered parts and then received an e-mail explaining that it was a one man shop and that it might take awhile to process my order. He never charged me and that was the last I ever heard from him.
