My .22 AW likes JSB 25.39g MRD's and LOVES JSB 18.13g Jumbo Heavies.
Shooting MRD's 955fps and 18's at 930fps. I've shot them both with great accuracy at higher speeds, but better shot count when tamed down a bit.
I'm getting well over 100 shots with 18's.

hmm shot the JSB 33.95. Issues with my scope meant that it zeroed at 100+ yards

agree, but when you drop speed down to 820 fps to stay <20 FPE for field target - how are they behaving?

the tough choice is - can i get them happy at <20 fpe or less than say 820 FPS to use the Alpha wolf for FT?

That's where I was going with my question.
I couldn't get them to be very accurate at speeds putting them under 20fpe. Granted, that's from a specific standard twist rate polygonal barrel that's notoriously been troublesome. On top of my n of 1 experiences with this pellet in that barrel, I'm told by an individual (who's done much more testing than myself) that the .177 Redesigns really prefer to go faster than legal for 20fpe.

Over the last month I’ve been troubled with JSB 10.34’s performance. Normally a go to pellet for me in my ghost carbine and 17” Alphawolf but suddenly I suspect I’ve got some bad production runs. Reason is the number of random flyers has greatly increased. When I switched over to 3-4 other similar weight brands, the flyers stopped. I’m about to melt the jsb’s down.
