Sorry no review until I drive another 200 miles ( for the late time) to pick up a free tall Nitrogen welding tank with reg set to 90psi to start out with.
Great communications! Darn thing got here in 8 9 eight ) days, I've waited longer for many U.S. things to snail mail here.
All I can really sat is good looking unit indeed. Personally I like the all contained in a box ( and I like the keep the price down plastic box, I see NO reason for say a metal cage).
Included is a rebuild kit. I will need an adaptor for the male foster on the boosters output, no issue, it does have a quality looking blled valve unit with burst disc built in.

I get it tested asap and post again.

It appears that the fill times for an Altaros is highly dependent on the input pressure of the first stage compressor. It would be helpful if the owners of Altaros units would post their regulated pressure output from the first stage compressors when posting fill times. Very few home shop compressors produce the maximum Altaros input pressure of 145 psi. Most shop compressors max out at 125 psi and don't cycle until their tank pressure drops to 100 psi. There is a Dewalt compressor that can produce 200 psi which is around 14 bar. It can be regulated downward to the 145 psi to maximize the fill speed of the Altaros.

If the Altaros can equal or surpass a Shoebox F10 in fill speed time it will be a winner. It costs half as much as an F10 and it includes two separate moisture removal devices which are not included with Shoebox compressors. Another nice advantage over the F10 is that it doesn't require periodic lubrication nor does it generate heat from fast
moving pistons that require owner disassembly for O ring replacements. I hope it works as advertised and is simple to self service if needed. I look forward to additional user feedback regarding Altaros reliability.

I previously had questioned the Altaros market appeal for being housed in a plastic tool box and was surprised that this does not seem to be a concern of others. I hope the Altaros is a big succes as there have been several value priced high pressure compressors from China that have not been reliable or well supported.

Give him some time with it. A useful review takes time to test, organize data and format to be presentable.

Sorry friends, just moving rather slow these days ( and one of the reasons I purchased it was to avoid the 300 mile trip to town). Great communications with the company. Mine had a large fitting for the compressor (Altros offered to send one and/or told me that if in a hurry the "Husky High Flow" adaptor would work, He said the newest ones are shipping with the common size for the US ( and or whatever county it ships to).
I also got the "Husky Hotdog 8gal" compressor to feed it, "rated" at 135psi max 4.8SCFM @ 40psi and 3.7SCFM @ 90psi.
I still need to locate a tank to fill (ugh but I'll find it all eventually). Thinking a guppy type tank? Whatever I can afford next.
I did plug everything in, the booster did function but all I was doing is pressurizing the living room. Oh and the "hotdog" compressor is LOUD! 

The big wait now is do I spend $99.00 for a hose with a female foster on each end and just fill my two pre-charged airguns or get closer to $300 for a guppyish thing, but then I'm close ( $$$ ) to a large tank .....

I will post numbers when I can.

You don't need to buy a hose with male foster fittings on both ends just replace the female foster fitting on the output supplied by Altaros with a male foster fitting and you're good to go. 
I've filled my 90ci tanks this way and have also filled directly to the airgun reservoir using the Altaros and just stopped it once it reached 3000psi by disconnecting the power plug.

I have one and worked great on my first fill! I can only say that cause I was gone for 2 weeks and haven't had time since Ive been back to even shoot at all so my tank is still full. But it worked and performed flawlessly. Yes it depends greatly on how big your 1st stage compressor is on how fast it fills. There's a big thread on it I started on the GTA if anyone might be more curious.

 Just, ordered a 45cf SCBA should be here in 3 days ( ya, sure hope so anyway). It seems a good number have been in use outside the US and not a poor review yet.
I only have the Husky Hotdog to drive it but may also run down to the Chevy dealer and see just what the fill rate can be with tons of air. THAT will take a good while to get around to but hopefully 0 - 4,5000psi run next week and will post.
