Altaros MOA Booster Periscopic device for Airgun ELR shooting 500-1500 yards

We would like to introduce our new product, which you could see in many videos from previous years and which allows us to aim and shoot accurately with airgun even above 1000 yards.
This device is the Altaros MOA Booster Periscopic device, that can be characterized by the following characteristics:

- Increase the maximum aiming distance several times by adding 0-120 mRad (412 MOA) to your riflescope elevation adj. range.
- The default setting of 30mRad, it will prolong the aiming range almost twice.
- The device can be easily mounted on any standard rifle scope with an outer diameter from 40 to 62mm (reducers are produced according to the required size).
- The add elevation change occurs immediately after the MOA Booster is inserted and there is no change in the point of impact when removed from the rifle scope.
- MOA Booster doesn't change the position of the rifle scope to the shooter so there is no need to change the cheekpiece position as is the case with adjustable mounts
- A spirit level is included for precise positioning on the riflescope to keep maximum accuracy.

Your site says you can’t sell/ship these to USA customers! What gives?

Probably a concern about export arms control…? Its function might fall into a controlled category where they’re worried it’ll get picked up in customs. Idk just a guess. Or a part of it is super fragile that they’re concerned will break?
…or, possibly, infringes on a USA patent.

Just a guess at a possible explanation.

Yes Scotchmo is right. Similar periscopic device was first used and patented by the US company Tacom in the form of their unity Charlie Tarac, which was primarily used by military special units such as Navy Seal and only later the product was introduced to the civil market. In this respect, there is definitely a credit for them.
Unfortunately, the company set the price at such a amount that for use for the more common airgun shooter it was quite unrealistic.
Their product is at the level to be used in combat conditions, so I understand the price.
However, we want to offer a similar production that is more accessible to the ordinary airgun shooter, which is enough to successfully aim the ability at all on long distance and does not solve the matter of the first shot.

From the developer's point of view:
I am not going to assign some development credit for this product, I have more than enough of my own originals and patented products, but I wanted to make use of full potencil airgun and slugs shoting for long distance for larger masses of shooters and therefore our company introduced this production.

TACOM products are much more expensive in Europe as in the US, so our Moa Booster (perhaps only in the name I was better than the developer of the original equipment ;) ) is therefore intended primarily for the European market, where it does not violate any of Tacom's rights .

US customers, still have the opportunity to buy its products and if our info on Moa Booster and generally about periscopic devices helps them in this respect, it's just right because they deserve it.
Perhaps they will realize the potential of their market equipment for Airgun and come with a more cost effective solution directly for Airgun.
So it is on our part also efforts to push them, because we believe that today and in the very close future we will supply to the market Airgun system with accurate shooting on 1000 or more yard and we want Airgun shooters the opportunity to own an appropriate optical system for their full use
