Am getting a Artemis pp750. Are they any good?

There's a couple of other threads here you should read through. General consensus seems to be a pretty good airgun for $225-250. I expected a fun plinker and that's what I got. Not a hole in hole kinda gun though - so don't expect that. Only thing I've worked so far are the trigger screws to lighten the 2nd stage a bit and tweak the 1st stage length.

Thanks guys I understand it's a cheap gun even though 250.00 is not that cheap but accuracy is my biggest concern I don't mind doing little things to make it better but am not a gun smith hahaha so hopefully it's not to much am just looking to mess around with I have other high end guns if needed. I talked to Donny FL he said he will have the adapter so I can add a moderator in a couple weeks. That's awesome.

You're right - $250 is not cheap. I've had the Diana Bandit, if you want to compare something in the price range, and was more than disappointed chasing around a wandering point of impact. I realize both of these guns are made by SPA, but there's a world of difference in the construction and no floating barrel in the PP750.

I wouldn't offend the the HW44 by trying to compare the two. They are not on the same level and that shows across the board in refinement of the trigger, loading mechanism, barrel, precision, etc. So like I said it's a good gun. I able to keep my .177 within a 1" or so group at 17 yard shooting offhand with the stock.

I got my pp750 today it's a very impressive looking pistol I took it apart hahaha and polished the trigger now it's much better I also did some polishing on the barrel as well one thing I did that's making a huge difference is I took off the shroud and wrapped the barrial with some left over Donny fl cloth it makes it about 30 to 35% quieter big difference in sound I have not had time to shoot it yet but just got to clean and do some tweaking to get it ready. Look and feel is great 👍 I will let everyone know how it group's
