Same gun, one is new, and one is used. Yet the used gun is more expensive..why though? Am I missing something?

Doesn’t MSRP stand for “manufacturer’s suggested retail price?” Keyword being “suggested.” As for used prices, several shops have lost their Faulken minds with pricing of used guns. Go look at some of New England Airguns used gun prices. Here’s a long Vet for $1500.

I think that they also wanted like $1200 for a used Benjamin Bulldog with a cheap to lower mid-tier scope.

Utah is notoriously over priced on their used guns. However I guess they sell so who am I to judge but I often think they were smoking something when they price them.

Easy to advertise something cheap and Out of Stock...

Had the same experience yesterday with an online shop I have used before.
See the rifle I want, price is right, even shows 'In Stock' on their website.
When I call to confirm before I pay... 'Sorry, Out of Stock'.
