Anyone ever rebuild one of these compressors. Worked good for about 2yrs but now takes forever to even fill up my Avenger. Got off Amazon

There might be rebuild videos for Spritech (same)...just google it. There are some here that have rebuilt the same type, hopefully they will chime in.

I rebuilt my 'orange' one about 4 times before I finally gave up on it. The first couple worked great but it was downhill after that. The rebuild videos out there are pretty good. I was buying the cheaper rebuild kits then I tried the more expensive one but there wasn't any change for the better after that rebuild.
My biggest problem was getting the main seal seated back into the pump cylinder easily without damaging the seal. I don't know what the difference was between my kits and the ones in the videos but their's seemed to go back together much easier.
These portable compressors are like the yong heng clones out there. They all look like they're made by the same companies but may have slightly different tolerances on the interanal parts.
You could try a time or two to see how it goes. After the second one if you still want to keep it I'd look into buying a replacement pump for it and install that.
My issue I believe was I fill a medium size paintball tank, 68cc, and I'm pretty sure that's what ate mine up since these are designed to only fill the smaller gun bottles.
