The schematics can be found on the AAA website. Click on the link below.

I also just noticed a new o-ring listing they posted up.

This is the o-ring that is most likely where your leak is coming from.

Have you reached out to Tom at AAA? He should be able to send you the updated o-rings. The older EVOLs use to have the 70 Buna N durometer o-rings. The newer ones are Viton 90 durometer, size - 122 for the gauge block and regulator that seal both ends of the air cylinder. I recommend changing both.

Thanks - Tom is sending me the repair materials straight away

I'm a little late to the party, and it sounds like Tom has got you the manuals that you need to remove and order the leaking o-ring. As you figured, it is likely one of the o-rings that deal the pressure gauge. This particular o-ring did give a bit of a problem with the Evol for a few people, including myself. Having a large assortment of o-rings, I went with a thicker metric unit there and it hasn't leaked since. If memory serves, this particular leaking o-ring is about the only thing that has "gone wrong" with the Evol's.

If you search "Evol" and scroll down to the bottom of the airgunsofarizona.com web page, there are three purple proprietary tools made by AAA. They are worth getting so you do not mar the finish on the gun trying to use common hand tools. Just as the Evol is a top shelf shooter airgun, the tools are top shelf also. You won't be disappointed.
