Anyone ever have a problem like this?
Damaged my original FX Impact regulator position received a replacement from FX USA. Started to have irregular pellet speeds due to irregular pressure changes. Decided to pull the regulator out to replace all the Orings. When it came time to removed the long piston out, it refused to come out with my home made piston removal tool. Got a forceps and gently gripped the end and pulled. Three times I tried this slowly increasing the grip pressure, still refused to budge. I finally just pinched hard and finally got the piston out, but in the process ruining the end of the piston. Examining the Oring end of the piston I can see no damage or irregularities in size or shape although I did not mic the diameter as I don’t know the size of a new piston.
