Anmazon question

I have always found amazon to stock items that fail QC control. I can say this confidently with first hand experience in any of the skilled trade materials and resources. pretty much true in any of these big box/direct sales venues. Unfortunately i also experienced this recently with a Diana product...The made in china sticker on item, that was label product of germany on the box.🤔

I doubt you'll see FX on Amazon for a long time. High end air guns can be a finicky thing that needs Dealer support. Amazon is pretty rough on the sellers as well, so I just don't see the profit margins you'd need for FX type guns on Amazon.

Maybe in a few years after FX is not the top dog and dealers aren't fighting to carry FX products. But for now, FX will protect the dealer network.

That could certainly be a double edged sword:

  • Speedy Prime deliveries would be an absolute win (I'm not known for patience, which kills me in this sport!)
  • Counterfeit market would probably flood Amazon overnight

Im going to agree with you on the counterfeit market issue. I have seen a good amount of it from both amazon and ebay. I am very careful with what I buy now from the two places. There is also a good amount of false goods. as well. Like the time I bought a new controller for a racing drone and got a box of rocks. Knives are another really good example of heavy counterfeiting. Some things I simply will not buy from them.
